Polar-Travel

Polar-Travel.com was founded through the initiative of Dr. Christian Adler, German physicist and anthropologist, who is organizing adventure tours and expeditions to the Arctic since 1985. Adler has been studying the Polar-Inuit in Thule (North Greenland) and been living like an Eskimo-hunter for several years. One of his expeditions led him from Greenland to Canada by dog-sledge, he has been sailing thousands of sea-miles in Svalbard, North- and East-Greenland, sharing his intense knowledge of the polar environment and about inuit-cultures with small groups of adventurous-minded visitors of the Arctic.

Polar-Travel.com cooperates with commercial tour-operators, but also accepts the bookings of single travellers or individual groups.
